5. 应力消除:机内随机标配轴承式矫直器，确保消除应力。

7. 转数:Max3560(捻)，根据线的规格调整转速，推荐使用转速为QA型Max2480(捻)、ZA型Max3180(捻)。
8. 排线装置:采用光杆排线器，排线距0—20mm之间调整。
9. 收卷装置:采用磁粉离合器和PLC的结合，使收线张力始终保持恒定的自控状态。
